Dr. Laura Bier, Assistant Professor in the School of History, Technology, and Society, was recently interviewed about women and the Egyptian revolution for the e-newsletter of the organization peaceXpeace. The organization, in their own words is "where women’s voices are connected and amplified through our E-media and the Peace X Peace Community, a global network of peace builders in over 100 countries. We provide perspectives, analysis, tools, and resources on women’s power to build peace. We advocate for women as the most direct and powerful way to create cultures of peace around the world."
