There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

A BS degree in chemistry was first authorized at Georgia Tech in 1906. On April 18-19th 2007, we will be holding a symposium to celebrate our first 100 years in conjunction with the inauguration of the Molecular Science and Engineering (MS&E) building. This is the new home building for the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry.
We have laid out a program that celebrates the achievements of our graduates and gives our current students and faculty an opportunity to learn more about what a Georgia Tech education can lead to. With the exception of the speaker's dinner on the evening of the 18th, all events are open to alumni from the School.
If you are interested in attending, please let us know by replying to the email below.
