There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Hello Everyone! Happy New Year! For the past few months, Dr. Bahareh Azizi, from the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry, has been filming a pilot science show for PBS where she is one of the FOUR hosts.
The name of the show is "Science Investigators" and is currently online at http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/si/.
The show is one of three science pilots that PBS will stream from the Internet starting January 1st and our show will air on TV on the PBS channel on January 10th at 8:00 PM.
The show that gets the best viewer feedback/comments (and pleases the brass at PBS) will be made into a 10-part series. So please stream it or watch it the old-fashioned way on January 10 (details below). After viewing, go to the PBS website and give our show superior marks! We are confident that you will enjoy it as much as the SI team enjoyed making it!
Here is some more information:
Thank you and leave us good feedback and have a great new year!
