Full Summary:

Chemistry students hold key student government roles in the SGA in the undergraduate and graduate cabinets.

Congratulations to Brenda Morales-Pico and Anthony Baldridge who were recently elected to top cabinet positions in Georgia Tech’s Student Government Association (SGA).

Brenda, currently a biochemistry undergraduate senior, will serve as Executive Vice President in the SGA Undergraduate Cabinet. Anthony, a Ph.D candidate in Chemistry, will serve as SGA Graduate Student Body President. This is the first time that the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry students have occupied key student government leadership positions at the undergraduate and graduate level in the same year. Both have been very active in student service groups in past (SGA, ACS student affiliates, GSF organizations) and look forward to making great strides in the coming year as leaders for the campus.
