No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Farewell to Dr. Robert Braga, our very own Chemist legend. Bob retires from a 35 year career at Georgia Tech in the school of Chemistry and Biochemistry.
He began his journey at Tech in 1975 as a post doctoral candidate under Professor Dick Fink. He then accepted a permanent position with Tech as a Lab Coordinator for the undergraduate teaching labs. Throughout the years, he has played important roles in teaching organic, analytical and physical chemistry labs. His colleagues bade him a fond farewell, with a reception in the Molecular Science and Engineering building which attracted faculty, students and alumni. His enthusiasm, wisdom and stories will be missed by the entire school. We salute Dr. Braga as he begins the next chapter of his life outside of our Chemistry labs.
