There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. It is the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry's great pleasure to announce that Mr. Igor Coropceanu is this year's winner of Georgia Tech's Phi Kappa award, which is given to the top graduating GT senior.
This award is limited to students with perfect 4.0 GPAs, and since GT has a number of students with perfect GPAs, the selection committee also considers additional achievements such as papers presented, publications, research activities and difficulty of the student's academic schedule. This is an absolutely outstanding achievement - it is a very proud moment for our School. Igor will be recognized at the April 21 Student Honors luncheon.
