GT Professors presented in Massively Open Online Course

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The Center for 21st Century Universities and Georgia Tech are participated in the #change11 Massively Open Online Course. Professors Rich DeMillo, Ashwin Ram and Mike McCracken presented on  Monday January 23rd at 1pm EST on "Social Networks, Learning Communities and Web Science". A Second discussion will occured Wednesday January 25th at 1pm EST on Openstudy.com-an online social network and study tool for students.
