No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. "Bogost’s irreverence belies a sincere belief in the potential of videogames. He sees them as tools to educate and enlighten, to “disrupt and change fundamental attitudes and beliefs about the world,” wrote Wired magazine in a feature charting Ian Bogost's influence on the trajectory of videogames. The article highlights Bogost’s provocative and influential game commentary and game designs (he created the wildly popular Cow Clicker as a critique of Facebook games).  Source:  Wired, December 20, 2011
