"Actions like that are something that a number of different people, including myself, have speculated that we will see with this transition," said Margaret Kosal, Assistant Professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, regarding a report of a short-range missile test in North Korea under Kim Jong Il's successor Kim Jong Un. Kosal continued, "In particular, as Jong Un tries to bring together his base of support to show that he is in control of the military of their armaments, and to show that he can project power.
