Choose to Get W-2s Online to Avoid Identity Theft

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. If you want to make the switch, follow these directions:

  • Log on to TechWorks.
  • Click on “Payroll and Compensation” under Employee Self Service.
  • Click on “W-2/W-2c Consent” and follow instructions.

If employees do not make this election, their W-2s will be available online and mailed to their home addresses of record.
