There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Top Nollywood [Nigerian] film practitioners participated in the annual New Media Nollywood program co-hosted by Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts. The two-week program explored the relationship between Nollywood and digital media, with the highlight being a joint production of a Nollywood movie tentatively titled, “The Last Minute”, a joint production of Georgia Tech, DBI, and the Nollywood team, directed by Zeb Ejiro and Francis Onwochei, starring Desmond Elliot and Monalisa Chinda.
