Karen Glanz, Professor, Behavioral Sciences and Health Education, Emory University, and Director, Emory Prevention Research Center, will speak about the use of the nutrition environments measures surveys in determining the health of an environment.

This talk will introduce general concepts of measuring community nutrition environments in stores and restaurants, and provide an update on the widely-used NEMS tools developed by our team at Emory. Also, new data from two studies of residents and employees at Atlantic Station will be presented.
