There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. ICMA, the premier local government leadership and management organization, just finished a case study on Decatur, GA that highlights the Community Transportation Plan conducted by CQGRD. According to Amanda Thompson, Decatur's city planning manager, "The community transportation plan is everything. It's an economic development plan. It provides that underlying infrastructure needed downtown to sustain it into the future. It's a plan for building community, for protecting the environment. And it's a plan for improving public health."
