On a Wall Street Journal podcast, Dr. Catherine Ross speaks about how to achieve sustainable cities- through jobs, transportation, health, buildings, energy, access to food, megaregions, etc. "Megaregions really form the block of regions and regions have become increasingly important in the global economy." Its the collaboration of cities in the development of these megaregions and thus sustainable regions that is the underlying problem.
