Full Summary: Collecting non-perishable food items for Atlanta Community Food Bank

Bioengineering and Bioscience Unified Graduate Students (BBUGS) are looking to help out those less fortunate than us with a food drive. We will be collecting non-perishable foods from Monday December 12 through Friday December 16 to be donated to the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Donations can be made in the bin in the front office of IBB.

All unopened, unexpired, non-perishable goods are welcome, but if you’re looking for ideas, the food bank lists the most needed items as:

  •    Peanut Butter
  •    Canned Tuna
  •    Canned Beans
  •    Canned Soups, Stews and Pastas
  •    100% Fruit Juice
  •    Canned Fruits and Vegetables
  •    Macaroni and Cheese Dinners
  •    Whole Grain, Low Sugar Cereals
