Nano@Tech features School of Chemistry & Biochemistry Professor Art Janata on "A.T.F. Investigation of Doping"
Abstract:
In organic electronics doping can be a sin or a virtue. Two kinds of doping, primary and secondary, will be shown and the implications on function and operation of solid state devices containing organic semiconductors will be discussed.
Due to current budget restraints, lunch is provided only to those who have preregistered.
About the Speaker:
Professor Jiri Janata is Georgia Research Alliance Eminent Scholar in the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Georgia Tech. His current interests include interfacial chemistry, chemical sensors and electroanalytical chemistry with particular emphasis on development of chemical sensors for environmental and security applications.
