Belle épine

Prudence is a 17-year-old Parisian high-school student. After her mother’s death and her father’s departure to Canada, she ends up living alone in the familial apartment. Feeling abandoned by the remains of her traditional Jewish family, she begins skipping school and stealing in shops, leading to her arrest for shoplifting. While making her deposition at the police station, she meets a fellow offender named Maryline and starts sharing her passion for illegal motorbike races.
