There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

As part of the center's 2012 program, the Center for 21st Century Universities and the Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning are holding a series of catalyst unconferences to define issues on the future higher education and act as a catalyst on actions we all can agree upon. The first discussion will be on Open CourseWare. In this discussion, we will be exploring questions such as:
What form our oc involvement will take?
What legal issues do we have to resolve?
What distribution channels we use?
How to assess qualities of open learning resources and guide students to use them wisely?
Bring your top ideas/hot buttons/beliefs and join us on Monday, Nov 14 from 3-5pm at Klaus 1116 West. We will have a mixed group of traditional and nontraditional stakeholders there to discuss the more interesting and innovative ideas around Open Courseware at Georgia Tech.
