Full Summary: Graduate students are often called on to present their research. This class will help you outline and plan your visuals. We will explore different software packages that could help you create a presentation, such as PowerPoint and Prezi.

Graduate students are often called to create visuals to support their oral presentations. The Georgia Tech Library's Faculty Engagement Department will host Creating Visuals with Impact - Presentation Software (PowerPoint/Prezi) from 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17 in the Homer Rice Center. This class will cover the basics of creating visuals to accompany an oral presentation, how to outline and plan visuals, as well as explore different software packages that could help you design a presentation, such as PowerPoint or Prezi.
