John H. Devine  is a senior estimator at Gerard Construction Group. An alumnus of the Building Construction Program at Georgia Tech, he served in the United States Naval Reserves Civil Engineer Corps, retiring at the rank of Commander. Devine is a a longtime leader in the construction industry and associated trade organizations and has more than 35 years experience estimating, bidding and managing commercial construction projects. His continuing education series of seminars on the bid process for construction contracts have received national recognition from the Construction Specifications Institute.
