There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. A CISTP hosted public talk, "The Influence of Taipei-Beijing Relations on East Asia" with Dr. Kwei-bo Huang with the Department of Diplomacy; National Chengchi University, Taipei, Taiwan.
Speaker Bio:
Dr. Kwei-Bo Huang received Master of Arts degree in Political Science at The George Washington University (1994-1996). Currently he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Diplomacy, as well as Director of the Center for Foreign Policy Studies, College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taipei, Republic of China. Dr. Huang received his Ph.D. in Government and Politics from University of Maryland, College Park (Maryland, USA) and B.A. in Diplomacy degree from NCCU.
