There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Full Summary: All new freshman and students who are currently enrolled in the International Plan are invited to attend the Welcome Back event, where they can learn more about the international opportunities at Georgia Tech, and find out what the International Plan can bring to their education.

Please join us for a fun and informative Welcome event to celebrate the International Plan (IP) and international opportunities available to undergraduate students at Georgia Tech.  The International Plan is a challenging four-year program that works in tandem with an undergraduate's academic curriculum to produce globally competent citizens.  At this event, students will:

  • Enjoy a keynote address from Dr. Steve McLaughlin, GT’s Vice Provost for International Initiatives
  • Hear experiences of current & former International Plan Students
  • Get information about study, work, and research abroad opportunities
  • Meet International Plan faculty representatives
  • Speak with Modern Languages faculty
  • Enjoy free food!
