Harriet Arlisa “Lisa” Teasley died on July 14 in Atlanta. Teasley was administrative manager in the Manufacturing Research Center (MaRC).  

She began her career at Georgia Tech in 1997, working for MaRC Director Steven Danyluk and Interim Director Shreyes Melkote.

Speaking at her celebration of life service held at Salem Bible Church on July 23, Danyluk said that he “thought of Lisa as if she were one of my daughters. She always had a smile on her face.”  

The family asks that anyone wishing to remember Teasley may do so by sending donations in her name to: Sisters by Choice Inc., 5910 Hillandale Drive, Suite 104, Lithonia, GA 30058.
