The psychological and physical effects of the human relaxation response effectively combat stress reactions. It is physically impossible for a muscle to be relaxed and tense at the same time. Students will learn successful strategies to increase physical and mental relaxation, decrease stress and enhance overall physical and mental well-being. Students will have an opportunity to learn a set of skills they can apply prior to stressful situations such as exams.
