Coca-Cola Gives $1 Million for Study Abroad to China!

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Georgia Institute of Technology and Morehouse College are among the six schools getting a slice of $1 million donated by the Coca-Cola Foundation to fund study trips to China. Georgia Tech will receive $200,000 spread over the next few years to send a total of 30 students, 20 on summer programs and five each on yearlong and semester programs.

GT students studying abroad to China on a GT study abroad program will be eligible to apply.  More details soon to come about award application procedures.  Please check the Scholarships portion of the OIE website for updates!
