Art Therapy WorkshopThis event hosted by Fran Exley, IAC satellite counselor, will be led by Catherine Adams, an Atlanta-based art therapist. Participants will be led in a mindfulness-based expressive art via bowl-breaking.
The activity will last approximately an hour and a half. Participants may not fully complete the project in the allotted time and may take the piece with them. As this activity entails using ink and other art materials, participants should bring a smock or old shirt or wear clothes they do not mind getting dirty.
