ADVANCE Bias-Habit Breaking TrainingIDEI and the ADVANCE Program are excited to provide our campus community with the opportunity to participate in a workshop focused on bias breaking. This training, developed for over 14 years by Dr. William Cox, a social psychologist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is the only evidence-based, experimentally tested, habit-breaking intervention known to produce a long-term reduction in biased behaviors.
