Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for Startups: What Angel Investors Need to Know

Angel investors have a unique avenue to diversify and potentially increase their wealth with Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Instead of investing directly into companies, SPV investments are pooled funds invested through Limited Partnerships. Our Investor Workshop will guide you on how best to leverage these investment tools in order to optimize your portfolio.

This workshop will dive into the design, legal structure, expenses, and management of an SPV. These areas can be daunting at best and may require a professional wealth manager to execute effectively.

Join the Keiretsu Investor Academy to gain an understanding of all the components that make up a successful SPV and recognize that there are a number of legal structures that can be used but each may have a different impact on your tax situation.  You will understand fully how and when it makes sense to invest via an SPV and when you should go direct.

REGISTER HERE for Participation Link. Registration is required before Monday, February 20, 2023.

Registration is free for Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic and South-East Members,
