HSOC Speaker Series Spring 2023 – March 6The Black Feminist Think Tank and the School of History and Sociology welcome Evelynn Hammonds, Barbara Gutmann Rosenkrantz Professor of the History of Science at Harvard University, and Beverly Guy-Sheftall, Anna Julia Cooper Professor of Women’s Studies at Spelman College, on Monday, March 6, 2023, in observance of Women’s History Month. Hammonds and Guy-Sheftall will participate in “Black Feminism(s): A Conversation,” a roundtable moderated by HSOC Associate Professor Sherie Randolph, followed by a Q&A session. Anyone in the Georgia Tech community having an interest in the topics of feminism, women’s history, and African American history is encouraged to attend.
