Join us for an interactive discussion to review the basics of equity negotiation, fundraising, and dilution for life science start-ups. Speaker, James Stubbs, Ph.D. has over 20 years of commercialization experience, has held senior executive roles in five medical device start-ups, teaches medical device design at Georgia Tech, and is an active private investor.

This will be a HYBRID event held at the Petit Institute for Bioengineering and Biosciences at Georgia Tech, 315 Ferst Drive Northwest, (Suddath Seminar Room 1128), Atlanta, GA 30332.

This event is the 4th session in the 2022-2023 Bench2Market Talks series, which was created to provide commercialization guidance to the university research community.
