There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The North American Computational Linguistics Open Competition (NACLO) is a contest in which high-school students solve linguistic problems. In solving these problems, students learn about the diversity and consistency of language, while exercising logic skills. We will be welcoming Atlanta local high school students to attend this national competition.
The Open Round will be on Jan. 26, 2023, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., and the Invitational Round will be on March 16, 2023.
Training sessions at Georgia Tech will take place on Friday, Jan. 13 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. EST and Saturday, Jan. 14 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. EST. The sessions will be held online via Zoom.
