What is DEI? In this presentation, students are offered an overview of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) has listed DEI as a top career competency all students should develop to become more competitive for today's workforce. Students will also learn more about Georgia Tech’s Institute for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, the Top 6 Trends of DEI in 2022, and why identities and diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) in the workplace are important.
