There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The metaverse is here! We are planning a collaborative and open event for all GT students, staff, and faculty that are interested in extended reality (XR) technologies to learn from industry experts utilizing mixed reality, experience first-hand different XR technologies and discuss ideas for deploying XR at GT. Attendees will be able to trial different XR hardware (e.g., Microsoft, Varjo, Meta) and XR software including immersive product design packages, metaverse collaboration tools, and state-of-the-art XR games!
