The legal landscape for LGBTQIA individuals is constantly evolving on a national and local level. Through this facilitated dialogue with Alexis Martinez EdD, JD (she/her), Executive Director of the Office of Equity & Compliance Programs, learn more about the policies and resources currently provided. Additionally, we will explore what the future may look like on the state and/or federal level, particularly with new proposed regulations to Title IX and recent court decisions from around the Southeast.
