Be global while at local! Dr. He will talk about discuss ways to dismantle the distinction between the 'local' and the 'global' and ways to leverage resources on our own campuses and in our own communities for international education. Dr. Agnes Weiyun He, is a Professor in the department of Asian and Asian American Studies (AAAS) at Stony Brook University. She is also a Founder & Director of the Center for Multilingual and Intercultural Communication (MIC) at Stony Brook, and the Secretary for American Association for Applied Linguistics (AAAL).
