At Georgia Tech, our values are foundational in everything we do.

Georgia Tech Human Resources (GTHR), in partnership with the L.O.V.E. GT strategic initiative, has launched a social, peer-to-peer recognition program, called Show Your L.O.V.E, to recognize members of the Georgia Tech community who demonstrate the Institute’s values throughout their daily lives.

The Show Your L.O.V.E. initiative encourages faculty, staff, and students to observe when a fellow community member is living our values every day and recognize them for their efforts.

Once a community member is acknowledged through the online submission form , the recipient will receive notification of the submission and will be encouraged to nominate others.

By celebrating our campus community members living their values, we can focus on our shared mission and achieve the goals envisioned through the Georgia Tech strategic plan.

“In order to improve upon employee experience, it’s essential employees feel valued and appreciated,” said Laura Pusateri, Employee Engagement Director. “While we have several award programs that allow employees to formally recognize each other, our Show Your L.O.V.E. initiative is unique in that individuals can be recognized by fellow community members at any time throughout the year their good work is demonstrated.”

Show Your L.O.V.E. is one component of a greater recognition program within GTHR. For more information about  Georgia Tech’s recognition efforts, visit Georgia Tech Human Resources’ website.
