There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Lieutenant Colonel Brett Carey is a Functional Area 52 (Nuclear and Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction-CWMD) Officer with more than 32 years of service. He is a native of Scotia, NY, and New Limerick, ME. Carey enlisted in the Army in 1989 and was commissioned in 2001 from the Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, GA. He earned a B.S. in Psychology/Management from Excelsior College and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering with Specialization in Explosives Engineering from the New Mexico Institute for Mining and Technology.
