Talking about mental health can save a life. The film Each and Everyday goes deep into the lives of nine young adults as they discuss their experiences with suicide and recovery. Come hear about their lived experiences and messages of hope. The film will be followed by Q&A from panelists and discussion with the audience on how to be okay with not being okay, how to receive help, and ways to support to those who might be struggling with thoughts of suicide.
