NPAW Appreciation Week 2022 September 19-23 is National Postdoc Appreciation Week. The purpose of this week is to celebrate the contributions of postdoctoral scholars at Georgia Tech. This year’s theme is "Finding Your Balance". The Office of Postdoctoral Services will be holding a series of virtual and in-person events to promote all aspects of well-being.
This virtual webinar features Dr. Chris Martin, who is a Lecturer in Psychology and Core Studies at Oglethorpe University. He has taught a class on the science of happiness since 2016. In this webinar, he will summarize the main lessons that he learned from recent happiness research, most of which involve changing the way we spend our time.
