The School of History and Sociology welcomes Ted Steinberg, the Adeline Barry Davee Distinguished Professor of History at Case Western Reserve University, on Monday, Aug. 29, 2022. Steinberg, one of the field’s most renowned environmental historians, will speak via Zoom on the topic “Can New York Survive the Sea?” followed by a Q&A session.  Anyone in the Georgia Tech community having an interest in topics of climate change and resiliency are welcome and encouraged to attend this event.
