There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Summaries

Summary Sentence: September 22nd and 23rd, 2022

Full Summary: No summary paragraph submitted.

This course module is designed for individuals interested in hands-on training in the fabrication of microfluidic devices using the soft lithography technique. It is structured to assume no prior knowledge of the technologies by the participants. The course agenda is evenly divided between hands-on laboratory sessions, including SU-8 master mold creation using photolithography and PDMS device fabrication in  the IEN cleanroom, and supporting lectures. The goal for this course is to impart a basic understanding of soft lithography for microfluidic applications as practiced in academia and industry.

Due to the nature of the lab portion of the course, registration has a maximum of 15 participants. Your registration is not guaranteed until full payment is received. Credit cards are the only payment option for people outside Georgia Tech. Once you submit your registration, we will send you instructions with payment link to pay your registration fee.

This is a two-day course that will be held on September 22nd and 23rd. Please register before September 16, 2022:

  • Georgia Tech Rate: $150*
  • Academic & Government Rate: $300*
  • Industry Rate $600*

*Lunch & Break Refreshments Included
