CACP’s Sarah Farmer, Paul M.A. Baker, CDAIT’s Jeremy Solomon and colleague John C. Bricout (UMN) had a paper Personas, the Pandemic, and Inclusive, Synthetic, Smart City Planning published in International Journal of E-Planning Research (IJEPR).
