CACP’s Sarah Farmer, Paul M.A. Baker, CDAIT’s Jeremy Solomon and colleague John C. Bricout (UMN) had a paper Personas, the Pandemic, and Inclusive, Synthetic, Smart City Planning published in International Journal of E-Planning Research (IJEPR). This paper expands use of constructed “personas” as part of an inclusive policy design approach to engage citizen perspectives from marginalized and under-served populations, such as older adults and people with disabilities, vital to the development of inclusive smart cities. http://doi.org/10.4018/IJEPR.299545
