Title: Algorithms for Discovering Biomarkers of Brain Disorders

Abstract: The objective of the proposed research is to develop novel algorithms for discovering biological markers of brain disorders from functional neuroimaging data. This proposal describes research intended to 1) characterize representative brain networks in functional magnetic resonance imaging and dynamic functional network connectivity states with high fidelity, and 2) identify biomarkers of brain disorders using novel information-theoretic approaches and classification frameworks.
