There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Kelly RitterKelly Ritter, incoming Chair of the School of Literature, Media, and Communication, was interviewed by the Georgia Tech student newspaper The Technique in the article "Dr. Ritter appointed as new chair for LMC program."

She added that her top priority is to, “Help keep the School of LMC strong, creative, and inclusive, and to promote its excellence wherever and however possible,” and that she also wants to, “Communicate to new and prospective Tech students how exciting a time it to study at the intersections of the humanities and technology. I want our majors and minors to know how to make the most of the opportunities that the School of LMC can provide them, both during and after their college years.”
