Full Summary: Join Founding Dean & CEO Mark Schuster, MD, PhD, as he shares information on one of California’s newest medical schools in Pasadena, which is offering full four-year tuition scholarships for all students for the 2023 and 2024 entering classes. The Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine uses small group learning and a case-based educational model to integrate biomedical science, clinical science, and health systems science for students to learn the subjects jointly. It emphasizes patient-centered care, community and population health, student health and wellbeing, and equity, inclusion, and diversity. The school incorporates cutting edge technology throughout, including in its Anatomy Resource Center, which teaches with plastinated cadavers, AR/VR, and imaging. Students learn in Kaiser Permanente’s integrated healthcare system, one of the nation’s highest performing healthcare organizations. Through a Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship program, students start clinical care for half a day a week beginning in their first year and three days a week in their second year.  Please RSVP using the link below or by scanning the QR code on the flyer.  RSVP Link: https://gatech.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_785VDFC8yV2O38G
