Join the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs and the School of Modern Languages as they host a talk that will explore Ukraine's historical (and present) experience with atrocity, and what the actual and potential international responses to these atrocities could be, both legally and politically.
Speakers:

Brigitte Stepanov, assistant professor, School of Modern Languages
Moderated by:
Vicki Birchfield, professor, Sam Nunn School of International Affairs and co-director, Center for European and Transatlantic Studies
