The horrors revealed in Ukraine after the recent Russian withdrawal received harsh condemnation worldwide, prompting many world leaders to cry genocide and label Russian President Vladimir Putin a war criminal. Join the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs and the School of Modern Languages as they host a talk that will explore Ukraine's historical (and present) experience with atrocity, and what the actual and potential international responses to these atrocities could be, both legally and politically.
