Join us as we explore some body-centered approaches to stress management. According to 10 years of studies done at Harvard Medical, stimulating some pressure points down regulates the amygdala, the stress center in our brain, leading to an overall feeling of reduced stress and more calm.

Learn the basics of this free, easy, and potentially powerful vagal toning stress management tool to finish up the semester strong.

Additionally, we will briefly discuss self-care, coping skills, and mental health wellness resources available in the GT Community.
