Georgia Tech's Office of the Vice President for Commercialization is pleased to announce VentureLab Launch, a 10-week summer program for faculty, Ph.D. students, postdocs, and staff research engineers.
Participating teams will receive a non-dilutive $10K commercialization grant for the summer and $50K worth of in-kind services from several commercialization resources on campus. More funding and resources will be available for teams who continue their commercialization journey after the summer.
This collaboration between CREATE-X and VentureLab began in summer of 2021 and has been further refined to assist faculty, Ph.D. students, postdocs, and research engineers who are interested in learning more about entrepreneurship and developing their research into a startup. The program will require one day per week of in-person time commitment, and will be offered during the 2022 summer semester (May 17 - Aug 2, 2022).
The deadline for the application is Monday, April 11th for full consideration. After April 11th, applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. More information and registration can be found at https://venturelab.gatech.edu/vl-launch/.
