Georgia Tech-Lorraine's dual-degree master’s program offers students from our partner institutions the opportunity to globalize their degree with a diploma from both their home university and the Georgia Institute of Technology. After an introduction to the U.S. higher education system with a semester at Georgia Tech-Lorraine, students can complete the Georgia Tech portion of their degree at Georgia Tech-Lorraine, transfer to Tech’s main campus in Atlanta, Georgia, or to our campus in Shenzhen, China.
Partnership agreements are in place with twenty-eight prestigious institutions, including French grandes écoles (France's top universities) ENSAM, CentraleSupélec, Institut Mines-Télécom, Grenoble INP, ENSEEIHT, ENSEA, and INSA Lyon, to name a few. Other European and North African partner schools include Centrale Casablanca and Université Internationale de Rabat in Morocco, Sapienza Università di Roma and Università degli Studi di Brescia, in Italy, and Universidad Pontificia Comillas, ICAI School of Engineering in Madrid, Spain.
Georgia Tech-Lorraine renewed agreements with CentraleSupélec, ENSAM, ENSEA, and Télécom SudParis in 2021, and agreements with ENSEEIHT, ESIEE, Institut Mines Télécom, and UTC are on track to be renewed in 2022.
Each year, this dynamic network of partner institutions grows, with new agreements in the works for 2022 with the University of Luxembourg (now official), Centrale Lille in France, Polytechnic University of Valencia in Spain, and the Brno University of Technology in the Czech Republic.
Welcome – Bienvenue – Vítejte v GTL - We look forward to hearing more languages being spoken in Georgia Tech-Lorraine's hallways.
