There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. RSVP for Theme Deck Madness will be open until Saturday 3/23. This is a hard deadline because all cards, sleeves and counters will be provided, so all you need to do is show up! The mini tournament will take place on Monday March 28, 2022. It will be held from 6-8 PM in KENDEDA 110, DESIGN STUDIO.
The tournament will be a Swiss-round and top cut (if applicable) competition that challenges players abilities to use strategy to win. At the start of the event, every player will be randomly assigned a prebuilt proxy theme deck, one that is a replica of an official Pokemon theme deck. Players will have five (5) minutes to look over the deck before the first round pairings will be released. I am looking forward to seeing you all there!
